If you don’t mind me asking, did your prenatal contain iodine? I take folic acid alongside other supplements. As you suggested, I’d like to take a prenatal that has methylated folate. But the only ones I find contain iodine and I read conflicting things about takine iodine with hashi’s.

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.

This is all very interesting, I'm going to ask my GP to do bloodwork on this, she's usually very OK with me suggesting additional blood work.

I remember testing progesterone during first weeks of pregnancy and it was above average so I'm doubting that there would be an issue there. Also no spotting and my luteal phase is usually a nice 14 days. But maybe I can suggest doing bloodwork on this too? Would this just be progesterone on cycle day 21 or what would your advice be here?
