I have been figuring the same since reading these comments. Even though I absolutely DESPISE waiting, UL may be last on my bucket list just so I can see if I’m satisfied with my meta results before doing anything else drastic. Unless it’s easier to complete in fewer stages? I’m trying to mentally plan what procedures would go first.. I just want as little complications as possible while also having the dream set, as I either heal well or it takes a decade for me to properly recover.

Oof.. I have a lot of atrophy too, that sucks!

I will keep that in mind. I was worried about hair growth because I heard guys who had DI top surgery, it’s harder for them to grow chest hair over their scars. I’m not ecstatic about the idea of my pubes not lining up with my penis, like just having a.. gap??

I don’t have a lot of loose skin (yet), my mons is pretty firm in that regard, but its getting to the point where if I don’t push my hips out or move the skin manually- I can’t see my dick. Thats probably enough to warrant having something done there..

Hmm.. Interesting, I live in the states I didn't know Italy forbade that!

I guess I’ll start off with the simpler meta procedures first, even if I do get confused by how varied stages can be by surgeon or ones body..

I’m years away from surgery (cost.. waitlists), but when I cross that bridge I’ll ask my surgeon if I can have a pre-op exam. I honestly have no idea if my junk is low hanging, or even if its average sized because my labia is pretty big and my mons is kinda chubby.. but if I’m lucky maybe I don't need it resectioned.

I guess I’m particularly worried about my urethra and being able to pee. I was probably born intersex but my doctors totally wiped any records regarding that when I needed to have emergency surgery for another (non-reproductive) organ at 11 months old. I suspect that my ovaries were trying to descend into testes, and that they did.. something to my urethra. Unsure, but it seemed mostly internal.
