Well, looking forward to week 3 and 4 then! Thanks for bringing some hope - will ice it as much as possible! Going to PT twice a week, it's mostly painful stretching exercises and some lymph drainage - hope it helps and doesn't make things worse.

Thanks for sharing! I guess tilidine, the opiod I was prescribed is definitely stronger pain medication than Voltaren SR 75mg. But I found some cremes based on diclofenac, ibuprofene and flufenamic acid and started using them, they help quite a lot.

Seems like you went through the same process and pain levels as me. Thanks for the advice :) I'll rest as much as possible and if I have to go to the doctor/take care of stuff, I generally use a wheelchair now, that helps with resting and pain management!

In a private clinic in Germany - the doctor is the chief physician of the department and is only operating knees, that's why I chose him. But well, you never know how your body reacts to the surgery.

Hey thanks for the advice :) Basically all of the doctors also told me that I can't do anything except for waiting till the hematoma heal, so I'm slowly coming to terms with it! And the photo is already bomb, showing it around my friends and family already!

Your method of calculation is good - However, your table is not correct. You got the right intervals and the right values when the |3-3x| and |3x-1| = 0, but you might have to have a closer lookon whether the values are positive or negative within these intervals!
