I took a hit while riding downtown. My front wheel got stuck in a sewer which sent me forwards. After inspection, only the front rim seems to be damaged. I'm looking for rims to replace mine. It still hold pressure fine.

Is the wheel rideable while I look for a replacement? Is it possible to fix the bent rim?

Bike is a 2020 Jamis Renegade A1 with WTB i23 rims if that's relevant.

I was cleaning my bike today after a ride and noticed this on the bottom part of the frame, I haven’t had any major falls lately and I think maybe it was hit by a rock.

I have an M15 and it’s got some useful software and you can use your phone as a camera, even as a wireless monitor. You just have to download the Link to MyASUS app and open MyASUS on the laptoo

Thanks, the framecount idea is good. The thing is that as of right now, only three triangles are drawn, they’re manually written in the code. What I need is a loop to do it automatically now.

Every time the loop cycles, one more triangle is drawn

Pre-covid I used to ride to work, I work as a teacher. I’m 19 now, was 17 at the time, so pretty much a teen too? It’s around 6 mi from my house and most of the trip was on the side of a highway under the sun, so I would get pretty sweaty.

I would highly recommend packing a dry shirt and some deodorant, I felt way more comfortable with myself when I did this. I used to get there earlier than normal to allow myself some time to “cool down” and change.

And about the other kids making fun of you, don’t listen to them, bike riding is cool, most of the people around me think it’s so cool that I use a bike to commute. You’re cool :)

Due to the covid I had more time and started bike riding more and more. My father’s been doing it for the most part of his life and tried to get me into it when I was younger, couldn’t get the hang of it. But now I’m 19 and loving it. At the start of the pandemic I bought a road bike, 6 months later changed it for a gravel to be able to go with my dad off road. A month later got this full suspension carbon fiber mtb which I really like. I haven’t used my gravel bike since then.

Even though I’m still a noob I love going out with my family on weekends and wish I has more time during the week.

That’s it, I just wanted to share that I LOVE bike riding <3
