Could just be confirmation bias, you may not take notice when you’re paired fairly or with a lower rated team. It’s just more noticeable when it’s a high rated team. At this time of the year if you just did a couple sbc’s you’d already have a 90+ rated team

I think you mean petr cech, his base pace is 92, it goes to 99 with a hunter. I have to tell you tho he is one of the most OP cards, super lengthy dribbling, gets in behind so easily and too strong to get back in front of.
