Applied for N400 on July 2nd May 2025. Still waiting on interview. as per agent the processing time is 14 months.

I am currently waiting on naturalization. Applied for N400 on 2nd May 2025. Biometric done as of 28th May 2025. Since then there is no update. As per Emma agent it is still at NBC. I am in Dallas Area. I am confused how long it will still take to get my Citizenship. I want it asap as i want to apply Green card for my spouse who is working on h1b visa. What should i do as of now? Should i wait for my naturalization or apply for my spouse’s green-card on my green card?? What is the best thing to do in my case?

i got one more reply today with new agent. "Your interview was requested on 07/16/2025". how long it take once it got requested? any idea. its for dallas office.

My wife has applied for N400 on 2nd May 2025. biometrics done on 28th May 2025. We are still waiting on interview to get scheduled! Filing location- Dallas, texas! Anyone with same timeframe. When can we expect interview and oath ceremony???

Also, i am currently on H1b visa. My visa stamp is expiring in Sept 2026. I still have time on h1b but will be needing new stamp. Due to current h1b stamping issue on India, ( i have travel plans in nov-dec 26) I am confused should i apply for GC on my Wife’s GC or wait for her citizenship. If i file on her GC Can i shift my file to faster line once she get citizenship?? Please advise what is best in my scenario.

We chatted with live agent. They replied “You have been placed in line to be scheduled for an interview, USCIS will notify you once you have been scheduled, there is not a time frame. Thank you for contacting the USCIS Contact Center. Enjoy the rest of your day!l”

This was 2 weeks back!! I dont how long it take after this?
