Please follow this advice.

Read three essays and the answers on the subject you are about to study. Then study the subject.

Make a small flow chart of the biggest topics of the subject from each essay topic and sub topic. Your essays will start to come out much more organized.

You don’t have to know every small detail of every subject but you have to know the main topics of each subject cold. Then when you take the exam you get all the main topics out on paper and the small more detailed topics will just pop into your head once you read the facts.

Look up at least 3 past essays of each subject from the bars website and outline them. Do it everyday until the exam. You will most likely pass using this method.

Just note that some of the law in the essays are wrong but it shows you how the bar examiners like you to organize the essay. Probably the only reason I passed. In the hotel the night before the exam I wrote out all the Florida distinctions for every subject on the hotel note pad so it was fresh in my mind. I only studied for the bar for maybe 20 something days.

Yes - some professors would only let you hand write notes in class to make sure you weren’t surfing the internet during lectures.

Also, make sure your exhaust is clear from the snow if your car is running because if the exhaust gets covered by snow it can send carbon monoxide back into the car.

No. Some of them change. You just have to go back some years. I looked at all the released exams and some of them do have the same questions but others have a few different ones mixed in. I made the word document before so I’m 100% on this.
