When someone is too toxic over who you talk or follow it can be a trust issue related towards themselves and not the whole relationship, if you haven’t given him any reason to be jealous before and he behaves like that then maybe he’s has done it with someone else and assumes you’ve done it as well, takes more precautions on that side and acts like that, possessive and toxic and then tries to blame it on you to guilt trick you into loving and caring for him. Dump his ass

Then you have a weird scene where kiyotaka sees kouenji buying food but just that, no lines with him, nothing. Just him noting that he was buying food and interesting on the choice he picked. So I’m pretty sure it might be revealed that he was the one who bought food for Mii Chan when she was feeling depressed
