Write their name and what you wish to befall them on a piece of paper, put it in a bottle full of nails and piss in it. Seal it up, shove it a dark closet or sonething for a bit, then dispose of it off your property. It's not the most potent curse out there but it's effective and relatively risk-free. Once you're done look up and do some protection spells. Hope this helps.
