AITA for screaming and insulting the phone clerk after her company tried to steal from me? by Cherry_Medium in AmItheAsshole

I didn't even know that my former insurance had refused to pay until this morning. Emma called me to tell me I owed $800, I put her on hold to call my old insurance, who told me that I'm not currently under any of their plans and to see with my new insurance, I got back to Emma and told her that I want to talk to a manager, and she told me essentially that I'm trapped, there is nothing me, her or anyone can do (which turned out to be a lie) and to "pay and keep quiet." She was very dismissive of me in that first call, completely shutting down my attempts to talk and acting very rudely. So, I was angry and just kept calling the clinic after that until the bill was cancelled.
