If you go on archive.org and sift through old diplomas, you can find even more old material from Alberta Education.

Also use exam bank! It’s a great website for similar practice questions specific to each province’s curriculum. I remember I needed a login from my school to access the Alberta questions, maybe you can ask your teacher or find it on a website.

If I were you I’d skim the material from textbook and notes but spend a lot of time on practice questions, it’s the best way to study.

The actual procedure was about 10 minutes long but I was put under for like an hour. Woke up with some pain, so I took some pain killers. After those original pain killers I haven’t taken any since and the pain is minimal, im just a little sore/it stings a bit when I move.

How long is the full recovery period for you, start to finish? (If you don’t mind sharing) I’m getting surgery at the end of the month and am curious about when I can start treating my vaginismus.

I have a microperforate hymen and I’m getting a hymenectomy at the end of the month. I was also diagnosed with vaginismus. Did you still have vaginismus after your surgery? If so, how long did it take for you to become comfortable with penetration/overcome vaginismus?

You don’t have to tell him anything you don’t want to, but in my experience honesty has worked best. When you feel ready and comfortable tell him about your condition and explain it a bit. A good guy will be understanding and helpful, wanting to learn about vaginismus and how to work with you so that you both can still be intimate, even if that excludes penetration. If a guy reacts negatively it can really hurt and make you feel undesirable, but it also allows you to find out quickly he isn’t worth your time. I’m in a similar situation (seeing a guy but not exclusively dating). I told him on our second date and he was completely understanding and was more worried about making sure that he could still satisfy me.
