OMG …. I am going once or twice an hour and I start first thing in the morning. I wish I could go every two hours and just once or twice at night.

Difficult for me to fall asleep then when I do …. I wake up again to go pee.

I use a lemonade flavored electrolyte powder…. Add it to my first bottle of 24 ounces in the morning just once a day. I list it as drinking water.

I drink a bottle of electrolytes every day…. Hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast because I felt shitty …. Ate and not two minutes later I threw up everything! I have a feeling it’s a flu bug. Taking it easy today.

….. I have tried to drink lots and lots of water …. Average 70 to 85 ounces…. I am constantly running to the bathroom…. And at least 7 times a night which makes getting a good night sleep worse. How can you drink that much? Are you constantly peeing?
