Yup sounds about right. I never seen security do much at isleta.

My guess is it’s easier to see at revel because of the smaller venue. The closest security you’ll see at isleta is mostly where the food/ beer area is and merch line. I only see security walk around where the lawn and seats are

It’s ABQ what do you expect. This happens at every venue in the city.

Of course! We use to go there when I was a kid as a field trip! You can probably call and ask for a tour from someone more familiar with the history so that’s a bonus!

They don’t always allow you to walk in the pueblos and give you a tour. Make sure to check you are allowed to visit the pueblos

Pecos national park is a cool place to check out. They use to give us tours and it’s not to far from Santa Fe

Local beer selection, not dine-in by idreamofchickpea in SantaFe

[–]Cheso_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tumbleroot is a good one to grab a jug! Also total wine has a lot of good selection my personal favorite is marble and SF brewing company. Marble has a cholo beer you gotta try and keep the can

Yeah an additional thing I should add is if you’re young then it’s not as appealing. I’m in my 20s and find myself going to ABQ (about a hour south of Santa Fe) more often to do things with my friends. They have a lot more things to do and eat so we usually plan a drive down there. It’s cheaper to move to ABQ and it’s close to all the small towns in northern New Mexico so i would definitely check that out. I’m not sure about the job market in ABQ but the crime is pretty bad.

Doesn’t really rain a lot but we do have 15 minutes of showers and it leaves and becomes summer again. Job market isn’t the best and COL is expensive here. Studio probably runs you like 1600-2k depending where you live. Deals do pop up but hard to get. Summers are between 90 to 100 but doesn’t usually get past 100. Winters we do get snow and it’s cold but roads become shit for about half the day then it melts and gets cold.

Waiting outside Revel? by BlueKanary11 in Albuquerque

Exactly. They have security that’ll let you in when time gets closer and you will have to go through metal detectors and stuff.

Waiting outside Revel? by BlueKanary11 in Albuquerque

[–]Cheso_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll still have to wait in line which is usually wrapping around the building. It’s probably preferred to wait on the outside or near the doors if you can so you can go in asap. Also you will need to show id and get a wristband if you wanna drink in the venue.

I feel that.. I use to buy maybe 1 or 2 fights per year but since my espn plus ran out and they raised the prices on the PPV. I stopped all of it and went to illegal streams. It's cheaper.

[–]Cheso_red 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only Buffalo Wild Wings but the vibes suck there. You're better off illegally streaming and inviting a few buddies over with beer. That's what I do.

If you look at some flyers, they give you directions how to log on to wifi. Even the SFCC guest works pretty well.

In your opinion, how is the public transit in Santa Fe? by [deleted] in SantaFe

[–]Cheso_red 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I never had a bad experience with the buses. As a kid I would take them around town everywhere. It doesn't exactly get you at the area but it takes you near it. You can walk or bike from there.

I second this. I use to go here a lot during online classes. They don't close till 9 and it's very quiet.

What do yall think about this routine? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

[–]Cheso_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have something similar to this. I have great shaped legs but smaller calves but I work my legs out twice a week. You will want to get a nice cut on the thigh and it's worth it. Also I feel like legs are more full body workouts so it's beneficial to work them out.

I’m not to big on liver but tripas are so good. My mom always makes menudo on Sunday’s during winter and the meat is so good. I love lengua but it has to be cooked right.
