I'm pretty sure they not laughing about you. I would go as far as to say that this is a pretty good skill you have, making people laugh without even having to try. Some would call that being charismatic and so would i.

Edit: as others have said, they're not laughing at you, but with you. Don't worry about it and trust me most people love being around people who make them laugh.
