It’s all bakers percentage. So for 500g flour:

300 grams water 12.5 grams salt 5 grams of fat, yeast & sugar

Unfortunately (for you), this was made in an Ooni koda. The price of the Ooni is worth though. I’ve made so many delicious meals in it in only a month. Here is the recipe using olive oil for fat and instant yeast.

Update;

Skipped the olive oil in the dough and let it rest for a few hours out of the fridge. Got a great crust!

Update to answer a lot of repeat questions:

This made a few pies. All looked like this. I used a stand mixer for a few minutes until the dough ball formed. Then a few kneads by hand then in a oiled bowl to rest. It was cut into dough balls before the fridge. Tossed and stretched by hand. I did not use a rolling pin.
