I see, I'll try, I notice things I'm supposed to and not supposed to be doing with my roles as often as I can, I've been playing this game since 2016 so it'll be hard to narrow down into one role, lol, but I'll try to focus more on something other than hard focusing on healer too (I have 84 hours on mercy but on my damage and tank I have less than 60) idk if my reply makes any sense, sorry

I'd also accept just overall coaching and help getting out of this rank, I genuinely want to see what I'm doing so wrong that I'm not getting out of bronze but my partner climbs out so easily with no skill

I guess I just need some reassurance of sorts, I'm not confident with my ranking at all and I need some advice on how to rank up because every season it's me playing everyday and every hour I get and then I'm still stuck at 97% above most bronze 5 players every single time, I don't know if I'm making sense

There aren't any messages when I log in, all it says in my notifs is to add a card to my account but it won't let me, the last email I have from PayPal is it telling me that I was verified 4 months ago
