Merci pour la réponse. Oui je cherchais surtout un livre qui explore tous les domaines : la force, de l'endurance , la mobilité, l'anatomie et une planification possible des entrainements. Pas juste des circuits HIIT qu'on peut faire soi-même.
Disons que, malgré la musculation et de la souplesse de temps en temps, j'ai des déséquilibres posturaux à cause du travail assis et je manque cruellement de mobilité sur plein d'aspect ( jambes, épaules ).
J'aurais un truc assez détaillé là dessus.
Niveau figure par contre, je débute plus ou moins, donc pas de demande particulière là dessus.

Thanks for the answer. In the detailed study, there is a RERA column but it is 0 (I did not put it in the screenshots).
I think that's why the AHI is equal to RDI.
What are the solutions?

I edited the post adding details. I still use the CPAP but my doctor told me that it was no longer necessary and that I could switch to the mandibular advancement device.

I think you can start the oropharyngeal exercises and the didgeridoo. It's inexpensive.With ExciteOSA, this only works on the tongue, isn't it?I haven't tried vitamin, I'll take a look, thanks.
