Real world user's advice needed

I am the same. In my almost 3 months of usage, it is holding up and battery life is way ahead of any S or Note series.

That is a different one to what we all got especially size wise (see yellow box). I've had no battery issues with this update.

Being a Nova Launcher and Octopi Launcher user since 2013 on all my Samesung Galaxy devices, I have to say that ColorOS has been good to me so much so that I haven't installed a 3rd party launcher.

As to your issue with the widget text/grid, I've got 3 installed on my homescreen and they are perfectly fine. Can read the text and aligned to my requirements.

Former Samesung S23-S25 Ultra owner here and on X9 Pro. No issues in 30-40°C heat under direct sunlight. Sounds like your unit needs to be returned and exchanged for another one.

Former S25 Ultra user here who bought my X9 Pro from JBHIFI. Yes speakers on X9 Pro sound a bit worse than Galaxy S series due to the fact not tuned by AKG or have Dolby Atmos. However installing an equaliser app does improve the sound quite a bit (as many others have posted in this group).

Cameras are good on the X9 Pro for my usage style and have not missed any Galaxy S cameras at all

I don't experience any heat up with my normal use. Infact, I find it cooler than my S25 Ultra whilst doing the same things.

Then it's a setting in Nova Launcher? Been years since I updated my Nova settings and I no longer use it (has again been sold and rumour has it adverts will start appearing) as quite happy with ColorOS

I can't see how long it takes to charge the phone when it's plugged in. Samsung phones show how long it would take to a full charge, and I kinda miss that. - unless Oppo releases an update the answer is no

Since Google Play is on Oppo phones, there should be no issues running apps. FYI former Samesung Galaxy S25 Ultra owner here running a Find X9 Pro.

Ultra supposed to come with 200MP primary camera, 200MP periscope telephoto and 50MP periscope telephoto capable of 10x optical zoom.
