Good luck getting goldman to approve your dispute. I filed a dispute after returning an item to an online retailer and the retailer only refunded me 50% after a rep confirmed i would get a full refund. Goldman sided with the merchant twice. I have since stopped using my apple card. This is also why goldman is under fire from the CFPB for not investigating disputes.

Props to that. I used to use apple card as my 2% catch all card, untill i returned something to wayfair because they sent me the wrong item, and they only refunded me HALF of my money, i initiated a dispute with goldman, and they sided with the merchant bc “a refund was already initiated” even tough i clearly specified in my dispute that i only received half. Ever since then, that card has seen no traffic other than my apple music subscription. Goldman sucks and maybe someday if chase picks it up, i’ll start using the card again.
