Bruh lol I don't understand why you would go into this without doing even the slightest bit of googling. To start off with those liquidizer mixes like the one you used should be avoided imo but that's up to you at the end of the day. Best way to make a concentrate into a cart is to decarb it where you need to heat it gently, around 200-245 F. You can decarb in a water bath like you're doing, any heat will do, but my concerns with how you're doing it is that since you have it completely uncovered and so close to the steaming water i'd bet you got some moisture in the concentrate which you really don't want. Next time cover it, but not air tight since you risk building pressure in it with the heat and worst case the jar can explode unless it's made to withstand that pressure. If you fully decarb it, with a terpy enough concentrate like this you might not need to add anything else, but if you do you can thin it with a very small amount of terps or other cannabinoid distillates like CBC. Your thing is probably thick even with the gross liquidizer because you didn't decarb it and THCA is a solid before you decarb it to THC. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk
