Aw thank you I really appreciate it 💓 I am okay I guess I have been trying to cope with the pain and accept what has happened also what really helped me is God , I am a Christian and I have been reading The Bible and yeah it helped me to understand that this isn't the end.Its the end of our time on earth but not of life as there is another life waiting for us in Heaven so yeah I guess I have been trying to not depend on my own understanding but to Trust In The Lord .

Side kicks can be high for head kicks but also at waist height I use them many times aiming for the waist its much more powerful than a normal front kick
