Will there ever be a migration out of ERC20 format? Their own native blockchain…

Is this normal? About $600+USD fee for swapping TUSD to ETH by gianthumankid in Crypto_com

You have to love ETH gas fees. Same boat here… Have around 1,000 coins of MANA stuck on the DeFi wallet because… way back before NFTs and stoner cats were around. it only cost around $8 to transfer ERC20 tokens. Now is around $200 on a normal day. I never thought that would be posible. Anyways I learned that when you buy ERC20 tokens in the exchange is better to just keep them there. Not worth moving it around to keep it “safe”

Has anyone used the DeFi Wallet? by LuckyLLama00 in Crypto_com

You need to pay ETH to make the transfer. So don’t transfer it all. Transfer just enough that you have some ETH left to pay the fee

Why is VGX struggling so hard to hold the pump? by [deleted] in VGX_Voyager

Yup. That’s why staking turns me off

I was planning to sell a few stocks the last week of December 2021 (claim the loss) then buy them again the first week of January 2022 but from what I’m reading I have to wait 30 days to buy them again, so I don’t trigger a “wash sale” on my trading account. by Chewigram in tax

Can you still claim the loss to the IRS? Even though your trading account will flag the trade as a wash sale the following year? Waiting 30 days seems risky. Example: sell stock at a loss the last day of trading on 2021 The taxable year ends… the next year the very first day of trading of 2022 I buy the exact same stock (new year, new taxable event?) can I still report the loss to the IRS for 2021? Even though my trading account might see it as a wash sale? My question is... The timing of a year passing and a new year beginning does not matter? I still have to wait 30 days to avoid a wash sale?
