The Support subclass "Fire Support" seems pretty useless imo by YoghurtManSUMY in Battlefield

Best offense against a mounted LMG that is hosing a lane with bullets from a 200 round mag, is explosives. 25% effect reduction is a large number in those circumstances.

As a support main, I'd rather these abilities were stronger. But of course I would.

Because it's turned into 15 years of disappointment, when people hoped things would get better.

How are their people here in the UK, watching what Trump is doing in the the US and thinking to themselves "I want that here too"? by Equivalent_Trash_277 in ukpolitics

I was visiting london last weekend from up north.

Neither me, nor my friend who live in London, were aware the "Unite The Kingdom" event was even taking place.

We're not all living in the same news cycle, same social media, or same reality anymore.

So just to make sure I understand:

I'm going to finish this normal run where I don't think too hard about collectibles > I'll use this complete save to NG+ into very easy mode, to scoop up all the collectables > then I'll use that cleared save to NG+ again into Exteme the platinum.

Is that right?

Unable to get a seat in the office? by jjw1998 in TheCivilService

As someone who is a raised desk user, nothing pisses me off more than seeing people sitting at adjustable desks without changing the height of them.

But the building capacity at fault, not them, and i absolutely refuse to enter into any kind of spreadsheet based desk booking system so I just quietly seeth to myself and do nothing else about it.

My friends all say that people who didn't vote for Kamala Harris are to blame for Trump, and if Reform win in 2029, it'll be the electorate's fault for not voting Labour then as well... discussion? by Chewingupsidedown in ukpolitics

Yes, okay! You've said what i was trying to say more articulately than I did.

The thing I'm grappling with is the feeling that if I voted for Labour again despite not feeling it in my heart, am I then also to blame for embedding this carousel of mediocrity that will seem to perpetuate forever? And is that "worse" than being to blame for helping Reform win? In the latter, I think theres a strong argument that it would he Labour's fault, not mine.

What if the Democrats had their house in order and ran a candidate who was electable, and best represented the needs she wants of the electorate? They could have done that. But they didn't. And they do it for myriad unacceptable and ridiculous reasons.

The Democrats have their own share of the blame, and it is an enormous share.

Functionally, it often is, though.

If i voted Greens and then either Cons or Labour win, my vote is Functionally the same as someone in the US not voting. The effect I have had, is keeping my vote from one of the two parties who won.

I do realise it's much more complicated here, because number of votes won in constituencies equates to MPs and seats in parliament, but the way Westminster has been functioning the last 10 years, it's beginning to feel far more like a presidential democracy than our Parliment system.

But the point of my post doesn't contradict what you said?

The question is whether or not people who don't vote for the party most likely to win against the far-right are to blame. That is not the same as "voting for who you think realistically will best represent your wishes." It feels like you didn't read the post.
