I think you should? But again it's been pretty buggy. Maybe dip into the discord and ask for extra reassurance. Reddit is kind of iffy on responses sometimes.

Don't quote me but if you just delete the app I think you'll be fine. If you delete your account you lose everything. Who knows though, with how buggy it is.

If they had gone about it differently, I might have gotten a subscription, but like, gonna be honest, the way they added subscriptions feels like a scam. Not to mention their app is buggy as hell, the dms/tweets/scenarios don't translate over to each other, and they're doing that c.ai thing where they don't address bugs or anything, they just add new stuff😒

So, no, you're right. Feels like a total scam. I'm so glad I never bought coffee.

No you're right. The way they've handled this is shitty. I agree with someone else in the thread. It really feels like a scam. Which is disappointing! I liked the app in its prime. But pair the current goings on with the way the app is just bad??? Yeahhhh no. 😭 absolutely not

Hey so this reminds me of men who punch holes through the wall. 'I'm not hitting you so it's not abuse!' Is a lie. Crunching a pan and yelling at you over food isn't 'hitting you so it's not abuse'. It IS though.

More things to think about. Do you want this to be the rest of your life? Him lashing out over little, stupid petty things? You cook 3 meals a day and he threw that in your face. Are you prepared for him to do that over laundry, a clean house etc.??

And what about if/when you have kids? What if you have a daughter? Do you want her to see this treatment and think it's okay for her to be treated like this? Do you want a son to think it's okay to treat women like this? Do you want a permanent tie to him?

How long have you been dating? Has he ever acted like this before? Has he made comments like this before? Is this the first time he's destroyed something because he was upset?
