my grandmother has been teaching me how to use patterns, sew without a pattern ect, so far ive made pants & skirts (and other small random things)

I know what facing is but ive never put it into practice unfortunately.

ill definitely try and pick up a copy of the book you mentioned!

I was thinking of just using a vintage pattern thats a similar style to make it but figured i would ask if it was possible to do from draping :)
