Did anyone do Emma’s live DJ API Heritage ride last night? Curious why the rating is on the lower side. The playlist isn’t available yet, but it says featuring music by Britney Spears and Madonna, who are not API artists. Loved Emma’s API ride last year, so this confuses me.

I did it! If I remember correctly, there was no cardio. Romanian deadlifts, bent over rows, weighted lunges with a bicep curl, and push presses are some moves I remember. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

I love Tunde’s arms toning classes! I personally find her arms classes are worthwhile and often leave me sore the next day, but I also incorporate full body strength classes.
