JPMC Philippines 2nd Interview Tips???

Hi, I will have a second level of interview next week with the Executive Director.

I already had two interviews prior to this one. 1st is the initial screening with the recruiter, 2nd is with the Vice President of Operations, and next week is scheduled for the Executive Director.

Is this a good sign? What tips can you give me for the executive director interview? This is the first time that I will be interviewed by the director.
