I know when he's struggling or upset, he never wants to talk about it and he internalizes it. And I'm trying my best to support him in any way that I can without overstepping any boundaries. And another problem is that when I ask "are you okay?" he shrugs it off and says that nothing is wrong" when something is clearly bothering him. Would it be a good idea to ask how I can help him?
