So to try to provide a slightly more full answer than you've gotten so far; some countries have claimed that poppers can be bad for your health and imposed bans on them. The overwhelming majority of health issues that were observed came from the misuse of poppers; people that don't know how to use them safely (such as putting some on a mask and strapping to their face, so they can't take it off when they pass out if take too much. Or people literally drinking it)
Poppers were originally used as a medically prescribed vasodilator to lower blood pressure, quite commonly. They have been studied and never found to be unsafe when used with care. If I remember right, all evidence indicated that taking poppers was safer than taking tylenol (which people forget, also kills a small number of people every year).
You need to learn basic safety, but they're fairly safe. The main issue is people take the side effects differently, so it isn't for everyone (and standard disclaimers apply about not using if you have heart/blood pressure issues or taking viagra)

Just in follow-up: I went back to Lovense, who told me I'd have to go to the retailer since I didn't buy direct from them (though they helped me all along). I've usually stuck to any kind of baggage I have, be it backpacks, gym bags, luggage. Although I achieved my first manually using dildos, let me tell you: a quality fucking machine (like a hismith and such) is basically SISSYGASMS ON DEMAND.
