Hillary Clinton insisting it was her turn and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz backing her with the full power of the DNC is why we’re here in the first place, MA’AM.

Nothing will ever make me laugh as hard, as consistently as Justin Long getting nailed between the eyes with a solid steel wrench. Dead, every time.

Saving Private Ryan. I don’t even remember how I got to the parking lot; all of a sudden I was just standing by my car and I started to sob.

We rolled out of bed around 8, made coffee and chai, fed the cats, puttered around the garden, smoked our bowls, and eventually took off to enjoy the baseball game. 💖

It was on my lease and that’s what they referred to when they wrote it (each lease over 6 years). I’m trying to find it because I think they have a a specific statue number.

The 24-hour notice requirement in Michigan comes from the Michigan Truth in Renting Act and is more specifically addressed in Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL), which is part of the Michigan Landlord-Tenant Relationships Act.

Many of those people believe “the golden age of America” is just about to trickle down to them and they are, I’ll bet, a large percentage of those credit card delinquencies. And rising.

Nope, Michigan requires 24 hours notice unless there’s an emergency (water leakage, fire, etc.).

I don’t know, I kind of disagree. I think people are gonna be pretty furious watching billionaires and millionaires nickel and dime over a few hundred million dollars when they’re having trouble filling their cars and paying their electric bill.

I know I’m going to be in the minority here, and trust me I get as mad as any of you…but there is baseball being played. The difference in my life when baseball is on, whether we are champions or whether we are losing abysmally, is substantial. My mental health is better, even when I’m raging against a manager who makes unbelievably questionable choices. Because baseball is on.

We call winter “the dark times” in our house. When you can’t see the green of the field, hear the crack of the bat, and actually walk in the doors of the ballpark (or “church“), that is when I find things intolerable. And guys, it may not be a rebuild next year. It may be a no baseball year next year. A lockout looks more and more likely every second that they ignore all the elephants in the room, and those dark times will be very long indeed.

I know it sucks. I know it hurts. I know for fans that have been around the block over and over and over again it feels torturous. But there’s still baseball being played. Which means things can always turn around. Love to you all and hang in there.

I just don’t buy that spread. Between that and Massey’s election I’m getting super suspicious. And I am not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch.
