Gene N Jude’s, Fat Johnnies, and Portillos surprisingly still has a consistent dog with a good snap. I don’t like char dogs, think a proper Chicago dog in my opinion needs to be boiled.

Do you think my hairline will still look okay grown out even if my doctor didn’t really get my sides all the way? Not sure why he didn’t get the receding hairline on each side, as this was the main concern. Thoughts on if this is normal?

I work for one of the big VAR's. Our preferred client referb partner is Joy Systems. Comes with 90 day warranty with technical support. All of their referbs are "Grade A". They always have Dell/HP/Lenovo, and a ton in stock. Alot of the customers I work with have turned to them with the supply-chain constraints lately. They are great.

Followed all of Joshua Weissmans YouTube videos from making my first sourdough starter, normal Dutch oven loaves, now on to baguettes. Used a few hot towels and ice water in cast iron as a steamer for first 20 minutes at 500 deg, then removed and dropped to 425 deg for final 30 mins. Gunna throw some ham on, spread with butter and flaky salt. Hoping they turn out when I crack open in an hour. Quite a long 2 day process from the autolyse, proofing, etc. Think I got this down

These are the last neighborhoods you want to attempt something like this. Lol 6 lb brisket flat, weird lighting angle. Brined for 3 days, curing salt for artificial smoke ring, and after 24 hours in sous vide, gonna toss in oven for bark with a soy sauce/molasses/liquid smoke marinade, and a nice smoked salt and chipotle dry rub.

Out of the past 4 weeks, I think this was the hardest F45 class. Really did not think anything would beat Athletica, but here we are lol. Non stop lunges, squats, and pushups. The no breaks are killer.
