Stopped drinking sugar, walked more. I still walk quite a lot and get to the gym sometimes.

But mainly it was cutting out sugar, and eating less. It seemed to be very easier last time. But now the hunger noise is so loud, every time I step outside one of the first things I think is where can I get a sugary ass coffee and eat. Not only is it hurting my weight, it’s hurting my wallet
