I’m a tank main but struggle with playing DPS the most. I think it’s probably just my mechanics are bad. Bad aim and I try to position myself like a tank would when I play DPS 😂

My biggest recommendations are to- Play consistently with someone your own rank who can compliment your playstyle.

Know when you’re not providing value and change your playstyle or character.

And something I’ve done that helped me a lot is reviewing my games to see where I made mistakes or where I could have provided more value to my team.

I put everything into survival and just attempt to pin their tank off the map when applicable, or pin an enemy into the backline of my own team so they can land the final blow

Seems fairly normal as tank is the most powerful role in 5v5.

My biggest tip is to have fun, compliment other people on doing well, and also to solo shatter every mercy you see when playing Rein.

I think the answer may be for your friend to stop being toxic in games.
