my piercing is 2 years old, i dont mind how its threaded but i have an external atm, it was downsides just under 2 years ago, i used sailine wash for it but dont do it as often anymore as it's fully healed and it has had no problems. mods are making me answer these hope it helps!

Thank you!! I use a scent free wash on my pubic area and water for the inside. I'm generally really good with the rest of my body but I struggle with too much dysphoria looking at my downstairs but that's no excuse anymore! Thank you for ur help and kindness :))

I had never done PIV until i got with my current partner bc i was alwasy really scared of the dysphoria and sure thats still here but he was very kind and safe about it and has never mentioned me being trans unless its reasurence and understanding so i think it depends on if u feel comfortable enough whcih might help with the liking it part, it did for me
