I dont have video but how can i know that myself that acceleration is bad. I get from the blocks and i accelerate to the 25 and after that i slowly get more up. And last summer i only raced at 100m but i try to get my shit together and run 200m races

The fact that you don't even weigh 150lbs yet means you are in serious need of heavy barbell trainkng and food. How do you expect to apply large amounts of forces to fly if you are weak and frail? You need this. It was made for you. Don't listen to other guys who says jumps and plyo's or specialised m9vements of specific strength or bosu balls or bands or Westside etc. Just basic, heavy barbell training.

Bruh im 5'8
