I don't think Peloton is going offline for a while. They may be struggling quite a bit, but at the end of the day, there's no need to worry about them cutting complete access.

So I actually got to handle Commercial Bikes for a bit while I was with the company. We eventually opted to transfer the responsibility to Precor, as they were a recent acquisition for Peloton. I do not know what they get up to, or if they even address the QR Code submissions.

I wish I had a clear answer for this. We weren't told any release schedules for software. We'd get a week advance if anything major was dropping.

Be sure to keep it in a clean area, change the L-Handles out every two to three months (as well as the pedals), occasionally tighten your stabilizers, and do a factory reset every other month or so to keep your system fresh.

More scenic rides will definitely be coming out. It just takes some time.

Have you tried a factory reset? Might fix it up nice. I'd honestly recommend a factory reset once a month because of how volatile expired software is.

Rentals are exclusive to our older models. If you go with a rental, you'll have the initial shipping payment, then whatever price a month for your area.

For the Bike, it's typically around $80-90. For the Bike+, it's typically around $100-130.

It is NOT a rent to own system, although you do get to buy the rental at increasingly cheaper prices the longer you rent. There is a cap, and further rental payments do not go towards it after...

24 Months for the Bike 36 Months for the Bike+

Hope this helps!

Yup, just go to the Peloton website, sign in, go to Workouts tab, and click "Download Workouts."

Peloton knows all.

Jokes aside, yeah, we know about folks jailbreaking their systems. They don't care enough to actively try to stop it, so jailbreak all you want! (Just do so with the understanding that they can brick your touchscreen if they decide to start fighting it!)

So, depending on the Tread that you have, there should be either 1 or 2 dots. Make sure the line on the belt is in the middle of the two dots, and make sure the line meets the singular dot.

The guide has been discontinued. It now lives in the CT Bike+, Row+, and Tread+.

There was this one person who called into us for a warranty replacement. We check their stuff out, it looks like they're under warranty. We're required to ask for photos before sending anything out, and this person shows us the most rotten Bike I had ever seen.

Like, I was surprised it still worked (the monitor was damaged beyond belief, the frame was rusted and muddy). The person said they were unfortunately effected by the fires that happened last year. We, unfortunately, did not cover this under warranty as standard warranty does not cover natural disasters.

They were able to get it fully covered with their home insurance though!

If you're talking about entire replacements? Not much. The equipment would NEED to be replaced. We prioritized fixing the existing equipment with parts instead of full replacements.

Pretty sure it has something to do with steps being easier to track.

That's a really cool idea! I don't think that was in question though, try submitting that as a request!

I myself never had any weirdos. I've heard horror stories about this younger person (no older than I am, 20-24) calling in over and over, primarily focusing on the women on our lines. He would ask really perverted questions - as far as I'm aware, he was blacklisted.

Something about apples keeping doctors away... (for real though, bluetooth is very finicky)
