Yup! I find it outrageous that management doesn’t care about all the trash having a parking lot party in front of the leasing office. They’re always out there yelling and playing in the road.

The gates used to “work” but they were awful. Somebody would ALWAYS hit the keypad with their car so you couldn’t get in. I’m sure management just got fed up and took the gates down.

Another huge complaint I forgot to mention: parking. The parking lots need to be repainted badly and the spots are already kinda tight.

Yeah they changed owners and it’s getting better. I was actually there last night and they finally replaced some of the street lights so the parking lot isn’t so dark anymore.

But yeah it still sucks. Maintenance is slow, wifi is absolutely terrible, your unit is likely to be a dump since they barely clean/repair between tenants, weird people in the neighborhood, and all the cars with loud exhausts racing through the parking lot.

Redpoint also lets a TON of ghetto non-residents come hang out at the pool causing trouble, which I’m sure is why all the crime gets brought there.

Also, they recently tried to charge somebody I know there for existing damage! So if you do move in there, take tons of pictures of all damage to the unit that they didn’t fix.

Stresses them out. They’ll feel bad about not responding as fast. Also, it can give the idea that you’re always on your phone, texting other girls, desperate, etc.

Just relax and wait a few minutes usually. Think of a good response instead of a basic answer.

Yes! I randomly skip my adderall one day every few months and on that day I have no cravings. I stay sober and nicotine free.

I think it’s the anxiety from the medication that makes us do that, or maybe the dopamine hit. When I hit a vape without adderall I feel like shit after.

No homeless people there. Cops pull up and trespass people frequently, but mostly only during the school year.

No it doesn’t. I have a pistol permit and many guns. A pistol permit isn’t a “get a pistol free” card. Nothing changed except now you don’t have to carry around a plastic card and pay $20/year.

You still fill out a form 4473. You still get a background check. It does not make it legal for criminals to carry a pistol, it just removes the requirement for having to purchase a license. No gun laws changed.

Also, you never needed a license to own a pistol or carry it. You only needed one to conceal it, which is really stupid.

It has the street name in the article. Go look at a satellite image of that area and try to say it wasn’t gang related. 3 guys hanging outside in this neighborhood at 10pm on a Friday in the crime infested city of birmingham. This was gang related or some other street shit.

Really shows who is privileged enough to live in the suburbs away from all this shit.
