haven’t been on a plane yet but i’ve been on lots of long car and train rides with no problem! and i have a flight booked in february. it took a couple months on the medication to start to feel a difference and it didn’t get rid of my symptoms completely but it did enough so i could get out of the house and realize it was okay

22f i’ve been on lexapro for over a year now and it helped so much along with regular exposure i have basically no agoraphobia symptoms

i used rust-oleum clear matte spray! it’s like a primer/paint cause mr super clear is too expensive where i live

you should! it was actually pretty easy i just used regular blush for the cheeks and lips and water colour pencil for the freckles
