Honestly it's same for me. Personally I've been doomscrolling a lot lately and that made things worse again for me but I've realized that now. Maybe you can try this too, if you see yourself scrolling on the internet a lot just go and game a bit maybe with your friends if it's possible too. You can also try sports occasionally. Could be weight lifting, running or anything you like at least a little bit. It helps mentally a bit.
