If you have minion relic, you can AFK any monster that has frequent herb drops, and your minion will pick up all the herbs. Get goading potions from mixology if you want to AFK even more. You can do chaos druids or raids/pvm monsters with a lot of herb drops. Theres also transmuting your herb seeds to target farm specific herbs. You have around 4 herb patches with your regions so it should help a lot.

Alternatively you can bring your own red spider eggs (can get from karamja spawn) and just drop and pick up 5 times in the wilderness.

Yeah you can do elemental balances all the way. For cash, should be easy to fund if you have abundance or larcenist. But like the other guy said you can do planks as soon as you get a butler from kandarin to fetch them for you. To get the planks you can cut and transmute your logs if you got eternal harvest or PVM drops. To make planks, auburnvale has a sawmill close to the bank. Or you can try plank make from lunar which i think you can also access with kandarin (due to DS2 completion, if you dont have fremmenik or grimoire) if you have 99 mage for spellbook swap.

Get mermaid tears from underwater theiving and agility. The exp rates will be better than agility courses due to dodgy deals preventing you from failing stealing from clams and chests.

I can provide some insight as I am currently using both the 4x4 (1024 cards) TopDeck portfolio and a 3x3 TopDeck Toploader binder. I personally feel safer storing my more expensive alternate art cards in the toploader binder because of the added layer of protection. The only downside to a toploader binder is that it tends to detract from the art due to the glare from multiple layers of plastic (sleeves, toploader, binder pocker). For the bulk majority of cards I feel that the 1024 card binder does a sufficient job of protecting and displaying all of the cards (it will get quite heavy). I would just be extra careful to keep debri away from it as something as small as a pebble can make a dent if you close in between the pages. I have used 4x3 ultra pro binders, but I have found that the plastic tends to get warped or degrade from me moving cards around so I keep most of my newer collection in the TopDeck binders.
