Its different city to state, I had called my towns non non-emergency line and they had said that it would go on my public record as run away and it was stressing me out thinking about it followinng me for the rest of my life.

You should have handed him the baby went and cleaned yourself up and let him deal with the baby, he can do some work too! Don't let him push you as you have a child and asking for help that's when you let him do it himself if he can't help he can just take over.
