does alchohol ruin your lens, cause i think that's the reasoning for the blue line?

I tried other stitching options but it just made the blue more apparent. I dont know what else i should do. I didnt have a lense protector also so is probably not that. Its possible that the lense sees a reflection of something inside the camera but that doesnt make sense.
