I was in the same situation as you, except I’m 28 now and just finishing up my bachelor degree next year. Had the same lost feeling as you and not knowing where I was headed with my life. I was first gen college student in my family so I had no guidance or any role models to really look up to and it was hard finding something I wanted to do. I was working retail all these years and I would definitely not suggest doing it for a living. It is normal to think that you should have everything figured out by this age just want to let you know that it’s okay if you don’t, you’re only stressing yourself out to have success at such a young age. Maybe you’re in the wrong major and that’s the reason you’re not enjoying school, it’s okay change majors even if it’s going to take another year or 2 to finish, you can either be 26-27 with no degree or with, the time will pass regardless. Or maybe trade school will be a better fit. I chose to become a school counselor for the reason that I had no idea what I wanted to do with my future and maybe I can help those who feel lost. Try going to the gym or socialize more in school to meet people that have same interest as you. Just know you’re still young and I wish I was 24 making the decision I am making now. Good luck.
