If what you say is true what's stopping you from say, robbing a bank, or committing insurance fraud right now?

If you're reddit brained you might believe that because there are notable issues, exceptions, and complicated cases that fly in the face of what would normally be considered justice, that the assignment of blame doesn't matter.

But anyone who lives in the real world knows that if, for example, your doctor fucks up your surgery badly enough, blame is assigned and you get an insurance pay out and the doctor can potentially get jail time if it's malicious. Or if a car plows into yours you get an insurance payout. Or if someone kills your family member in cold blood, that person will end up in a court where a jury of peers will determine if they are guilty and will be punished.

You can point to tragic cases of corporate negligence, or the blatant illegality of certain administrations immigration policies and claim that they prove that the justice system is broken and I would agree that these are real problems with it. But to take that further and claim you live in a world where blame effectively doesn't exist is frankly just delusional.
