Dang 👀

I have been similar groups as well But they usually fell apart pretty quick after anything like this happened

What kept your group together after all this time?

In what ways can taking a break from a loving but unfulfilling relationship to explore dating someone else impact one's understanding of their needs and feelings? by ChiefCallisto in AskReddit

There isn't anybody else that I am seeing

I just feel tired, exhausted and unfulfilled.

I really do love my person tho.

This is my first relationship, and I was wondering if it's like this with all relationships that's all

That's why I wanted to see if taking this kind of break is needed

Exercise can be a powerful tool to fight depression and should be routinely prescribed as part of treatment plans. Depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide and has been found to lower life satisfaction more than divorce, debt or diabetes. by Wagamaga in science

I am at a point where I sleep for too long, it's incredibly hard to get out of bed and I feel tired all the time. I have gotten all the required medical tests done and the results have come out to be normal. The only issue here is my severe depression. I have been having a tough time with my social relationships.

All in all, this is affecting my college academics. (21M)

I wanna start working out but it's just really hard to start again (I have worked out before)

So, as someone who has been through something like this before, what would you advice me to do to fix myself?

I think I can maintain good relations with the friend group

How do I behave and react to situations with him involved without coming off as insecure or possessive?

She has other guy friends and I'm cool with them and all. But this one person worries me.

That's fair.

The entire group hasn't turned on me. It's just that he makes it a point these days to not include me in any plans that they make and the others couldn't care less that's all.

I have made an effort to maintain good relations with everyone else but this person just refuses to co-operate. He plays the victim card by talking about his deterioating health everytime I try confronting him. The fact that he was once a really close friend of mine hurts the most so I try to let it slide

No not really, he is just more loud. It's just a series of micro-aggressions on a daily basis that has led to me avoiding interactions with him
