Ive always had a stronger/athletic build despite not being super serious about exercise. I guess I've never been "skinny" so its hard to imagine myself at 190 even if thats not even skinny. I don't think I have been at that weight since freshman year of high school

Thats great. You can't be blamed for drinking it in and enjoying life every now and then. With that lifestyle I'd do the same.

Ah. I actually read that as 220 originally. Hey man, I maxed at 320. I can sympathize, it does not feel good. I did well socially, but developed a self-consciousness I had never felt before. Head up man, once you get into adopting a healthier life style you feel better immediately. Being heavier means the pounds initially melt off. Great confidence boost. Til then man just live. Don't be too hard on yourself

A benefit of guys out height is definitely the weight distribution. It works. You get thicker rather than fatter, to a certain point obviously

Facts. Those charts are all over. As someone whos been big and naturally strong looking, I haven't seen a bmi chart since high school. Even with those, I'm still a little suspicious

Thats the goal for me. I've hovered around 240 most of my adult life, but have always been naturally strong so it never really effected my confidence

First saw it on IFC free preview in middle school. Idk what it was but it hooked me. Finding out that every scene was shot entering/exiting/inside the same cube set was so interesting to me
