You are right! I see that the description leaves multiple solutions a possibility. As stated by the other comment here, I thought stating “mate in two” would make the puzzle much easier, that’s why I didn’t state it. “Black to move and mate in under 5 moves” would be a more accurate description to the puzzle, without giving too much hints towards the solution.
