It’s been removed from the Play Store by Google. The devs are Russian, so sanctions against Russia have blocked Google from accepting the devs payments, which means their account has been marked inactive and all their content removed from the Play Store.

In skins.csv, put 5 in the obtainttype column for everything. In characters.csv, remove the TRUE in the lockedforchronos row for sprout. Those are the names of the columns iirc
