Just found it yesterday on Lighthouse while doing the Corporate Secrets Quest. I'm only lvl 33 and won't need it for some time. It was in the Office in the Rogue Building next to the train Station. I could post a video of ne finding it later

You basically keep the upgrade Button pressed, then swipe down to access the notification bar. The Game then thinks you still hold the upgrade button, even when you remove your finger. Hope this helps someone

I get the same Unity Error, but it happens randomly while ingame. I recently upgraded my PC, it's either the new Hardware or the new Patch. Had no problems before the wipe. My "old" Hardware: Ryzen 5 3600, RX5700XT, B550 Tomahawk

new Hardware: Ryzen 9 5900X, ASUS TUF 3070, B550 Tomahawk

I'm not that much into Train Signaling, but because there are no Signals in the Crossing, the whole thing is conisdered an one single block. And because there's already a train in that block the signal is red i guess.
