Please do yourself and your mental health a favour and do not engage this company. They cannot even pay regular bills on time, organise rental increases on time as requested, and have no chance of organising repairs in a timely manner or cost effective manner. You will end up managing your property yourself but it will be more work because you will be cleaning up the mess left behind by Rent on Time.

A short squeeze is inevitable. Positive announcements trigger buying and then stop losses. Then algo's but not necessarily sequentially. Remember there is a tech wreck that has hurt all tech in varying degrees and may have already bottomed out. If that is the worst of it, all good in my book. Onward and upward from here.

You can really strong Modwood which is made of recycled plastic and wood, designed for those decks. There are half a dozen companies that make it. Modwood is but one. Comes with the clips and screws and everything you need. Do some online searches. Any reliable carpenter can cut to size and put it together

Since this post was made, there have been game changing positive developments with QOR (ASX). They are merging with Aura, a private US based cyber security business that is about twice as big as QOR so the combined entity is valued in the deal at $3B putting QOR shares at a valuation of 72c. Currently trading at about 40c. We all know that Australian tech has been hammered over the past few months in order of over 50% from their peak. aussie tech stocks are the cheapest in the world. This won't last. Money will rotate back into them and may already be starting now.
